Return Policy

HOLIDAY RETURNS: All purchases placed through the month of November and December will be eligible for return until January 15th, 2024. Any items purchased after December 15th, 2023 will fall under our standard 30 day return policy. All regular priced items placed with the use of a discount code are eligible for return, however final sale items are non-refundable.

We are happy to accept returns as long as the items are in new condition, unused, and include original tags and packaging. We require that you offer a receipt or a proof of purchase. 

Refunds may be issued in the form of a store credit or to your original method of payment.

Clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.


Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can absolutely return it within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.

Keep in mind that regular priced items purchased with the use of a discount code are eligible for return; however, final sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

If you wish to use our return label, please email with order info/items to return. Once return is received, we will deduct the cost of the shipping label from your refund. Please follow all return guidelines provided in our return policy.

Looking to exchange a size or style? Since we do not hold inventory, we cannot offer standard exchanges. Please place a new order for your preferred item/size and proceed with our return process separately for a refund of your original item. This will also allow us to ship your new item as soon as possible!


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
